"Empowering the Youth of Bihar through Financial Support for Higher Education"
The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme is a visionary initiative by the Government of Bihar (under Arthik Hal, Yuvaon Ko Bal) to provide interest-free or low-interest loans to students pursuing higher education. At Mata Sita Sunder College of Education (MSSCE), we facilitate the documentation and verification process to help our eligible students avail this facility for their courses.
Students can avail a loan of up to ₹4 Lakhs to cover course fees, hostel charges, and other educational expenses.
The loan carries a very low interest rate (1% for women/differently-abled) and repayment starts after course completion + moratorium period.
